You're not sure how long you must have been asleep for. Did you even remember falling asleep at all? It was more like you blinked. You were in the middle of something not but seconds ago, weren't you? So then, where was this place? The speckling colors of light that filtered through stained glass windows might've been some clue, but you're certain you've never seen a church like this before.

You sit up in the pews at last to discover you're not alone. Though, the people here don't seem to have any more of a grasp on the situation as you do. Before you can say a word, though, the church doors loudly creak open. No one seems to be on the other side, and you can only make out the sound of birds chirping. Something so ominous should probably be setting off warning bells right about now, but there's a feeling of warm comfort that you can't quite shake. Not completely. But it wants something from you. You feel it. An urge that rattles around inside you...

Now and Then is a medium-paced, panfandom RP game set in a fantasy world, with heavy emphasis on investigation and character relations. The game’s plot is heavily character driven and will shape depending on how the player base interacts with the world. Events are planned for each month, alternating with an intensive event one month and a calmer one in the following month. Certain events will have their outcomes- positive or negative- tailored to the individuals.

Your characters will be thrown into the world of Lyroa, a beautiful planet with some dark secrets. Players will quickly discover that, despite the planet's beauty, it is dying. Non-native monsters and rifts that seem to extend to other worlds plague Lyroa. Four cities all have intense weather changes between them, despite the fact they all border one another. Not to mention, while there are statues all over the place, it seems to be completely devoid of people. That is... until you showed up.
